Very often we become comfortable with telling ourselves a story about our experiences, allowing them to define and entrap us mentally, emotionally and in our physical reality. The importance of telling to ourself a healthier, kinder story can free up so much inside and out. For many of us these days who listen a bit too much to the inner critic, telling a different story can be the work in restoring wellness. The story I tell myself today shapes the person I am, my emotional experiences and the patterns I play out in my internal and the external world. Is it time to tell a different story?
