June O’Mahony

Psychologist & Wellness Facilitator (Clinical Director)

June views her work as facilitating you back to your own inner intelligence. She compassionately works to help restore the power lost within the self. As a consciousness explorer, June is always looking to find new effective ways to work to provide the best care and realise the potential available to us in this life.

Junes’ determination to find the most effective practises to facilitate change began in the pharmaceutical industry where she worked as a biologist. Her interest soon expanded with the realisation that peace is found where the mind/body/spirit is in connection. This informed the movement towards natural medicine and living from the heart. After completion of her masters in Psychology her path lead to the exploration of different trainings and teachings including Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Mindfulness, Old Wisdom and Shamanic practises, Plant Medicine, Trauma: Addiction- Gabor Maté & Collective Trauma Healing-Thomas Hübl and currently Holotropic Breathwork through Stanislav Grof Legacy training.

Working with June is a way to explore yourself through old and new wisdom practises. The foundation of her work focuses on learning to navigate the self through managing the mind, regulate the emotional self and refocus more towards living with intention. Through a journey of personal transformation and reflection the work strives to organise the disorganised and step into our true potential. With the goal to restore connection, balance and harmony in our inner experience and in the lives we choose to create.

In more recent years Junes’ studies and practises have been guided by her keen interest in dept psychology and consciousness. This has led to the focus on understanding and unravelling personal and collective trauma and our own personal role to integrate experiences to restore wholeness. This allows us to restore empowerment and joy creating a conscious meaningful life.
